World throwdown Launch

The world throwdown is our latest event. 

We aim to bring athletes and gyms from around the world competing on 3 workouts to find the fittest gym & country.

About teams & how many? 

Unlimited team size for each gym, this means your whole gym can compete in the workout. Your top to scores will be submitted. This means you can mix and match teams for each event, which makes this event really inclusive for your members and also means you don’t have to spend time confirming teams and excluding members form your team.

In our first year we will be looking for just 3 teams from each country.
